When the Rasmus family moved, I was SO sad. But, when I found out they were coming back to Iowa City for a football game and wanted a family portrait session, everything felt okay again, ha! I'm so happy we were able to make this family session work for their schedule. It was a great time seeing them all again. Everyone looks so much more grown up, I swear! We did a combination family portrait session and small birthday milestone session for their sweet girl, Kenlin. She, of course, wanted nothing to do with me!! The boys however, were having a good time. They especially loved when I told them to tackle their parents. Gotta love boys, ha!! I am thrilled we made this happen. I just love these images!
And don't forget, until May 1st, my Giving Back sessions are still available! Giving Back sessions. If you're planning to have a family portrait session later this year, why not grab your gift card or book it now - AND help provide a session for a family with someone on the front lines of this pandemic! For every family session or gift card purchase for a future session booked between now and May 1, I will be donating a photo session to family who has a first responder, medical provider, essential personnel, or military member as a way to say thank you! Please let me know if you're interested in purchasing a session to help those fighting for us by contacting me through my form!
