Happy Friday! I'm so excited to be sharing Alex's senior portraits with you today!! Alex, also known as "Fig" to his family and friends, was a true joy to work with. Although he was moving a bit slow the morning of our session since he'd had a football game the night before, we still enjoyed capturing these portraits to celebrate his accomplishments. And, now I know not to schedule a portrait session the morning after a football game, ha! Fig was still great about it all - showing off his smile and brightening up the morning among the mist and dreary colors.

We kicked off Fig's senior portraits in Iowa City and ended our time together at the res in North Liberty. It was a great way to mix the city and rural locations in the area!! During our session, I had teh chance to get to know more about Fig. He's an all-around athlete, competing in track and playing football. I also learned that he's going to be a pre-law student next year! Despite all of his accomplishments, Fig is SUPER down to earth and laid-back. I truly enjoyed getting the chance to talk to him about all of his achievements. 

Congratulations, Alex. Thanks for putting up with me on our dreary day (the day after a football game). I loved getting to know you and hear all about your big dreams. I have no doubt you're going to do great things!
