Look who is one!!! I can’t believe a year went by like that and Miss Grace is one year already! Her sweet cheeks and bright blue eyes are still the same from when I first met her! When she smiles her eyes brighten even more than they already are!  I had the best time capturing this cutie for her Iowa One Year Milestone Portraits!

As expected, she was full of curiosity and brimming with independence! I absolutely love this age. It is exciting to watch them figure out things and take in the world around them. This is best seen when you present them with their birthday cake! Cake smashes are always exciting because you never know what they will do! This adorable little girl dug right into her gorgeous one year birthday cake and really seemed to enjoy it!
