I love when I have the opportunity to catch up with families. I know how busy life is with kids.  Then when you add in multiple sports and activities it doesn’t leave much extra time for things like family pictures. I remember the days of running in every direction to take kids here and there, and eating concession food almost every night for supper. That is where the mini session comes into play! These quick sessions are perfect for busy families, who have small windows of time! The Kalkwark family’s Iowa outdoor family mini session may have been quick, but we still captured tons of sweet family moments and precious memories! 

Iowa Outdoor Family Mini Session

I adore this little family! The boys are getting so big, and had the best time catching up with them and hearing what they have been up to. Sarah was on her game this year and scheduled a summer session instead of waiting for winter!  That meant we had tons of sunshine, greenery, and beautiful flowers as the backdrop to their family mini session.
