Fall weather can be unpredictable. Some days are the perfect temperature, with that crisp fall air and sunshine peeking its way through the clouds. Other days, however, are cold, wet, and windy. Unfortunately, The Mayer’s IA fall family session fell on one of those chilly, blustery fall days. They did wonderful despite the chilly weather. This session was important for many reasons! Not only did they want updated family photos for their Christmas cards, but they also wanted to have pictures done with their furry family members.  

Their adorable, black rabbit, Winston, was very sick. They wanted to include him in a few family photos before he passed. Their golden retriever joined in the family fun as well.  I know how hard it must have been for them, but I am thankful they will have these precious memories of their family together. I know they will treasure these images for years to come and smile everytime they see Winston wrapped up in their arms. 

I love when families include their pets! If you ever want to include your furry family members, let me know beforehand and we will come up with a plan to include them.
