I had the joy of meeting this incredible senior girl, Sydney for her rustic outdoor senior portraits!  Sydney is newer to Iowa and is finishing out her senior year in Cedar Rapids.  Since Sidney is newer to the area, I selected a few of my favorite picture locations! Since Sidney loves the outdoors, our first stop was an old rustic barn in Amana. I shoot here often and it was the perfect spot to highlight Sydney and grab a few images of her with her bow! She is an avid shooter in Prairie's Archery Club and actually shot at Nationals! 

Rustic Outdoor Senior Portraits

The sunlight was perfect! I love the way the sun is streaming in through the slats of wood in the barn and the way the sun illuminates Sydney as she holds her bow. As a photographer, nothing is better than good lighting! After exploring the rustic barn and natural scenery in Amana, we headed to Oxford to round out her perfect senior session! 

Sydney is so sweet and I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet her and show her a few spots in the area! Congratulations, Sydney! I hope you have a wonderful end to your senior year!
