Theo and I have always shared a special bond, and were pretty close, but it seemed that turning one has changed his mind about me. He wanted to be anywhere else but in my studio!  However, we still managed to grab a few great 1 Year milestone pictures of this little cutie to honor his first birthday. My favorite part of any 1 Year Milestone session is the cake smash!  While Theo was a little uncertain about the cake at first and didn’t trust me, he eventually came around to it and seemed to enjoy it! I love watching little ones explore and take in new things.

1 Year Milestone Studio Portraits

It's been an absolute joy documenting Theo’s first year and seeing him and his family every three months. I have loved witnessing his growth and milestones. I'm going to miss hanging with this sweet family.

Here's a hopeful plea to all my milestone families—can we still have sessions every three months after turning one, please? I truly enjoy these moments and I'd love nothing more than to continue seeing each family at regular intervals!
