I love every session I do as  I get to spend precious time with brand new parents and cuddle their new bundles of joy. During that time, I get to hear their stories and  witness the love, joy, and excitement of brand new parents. I hear all about their delivery, feedings, and the little cute love stories they share with me. I truly cherish these times more than anyone ever knows. It means the world to me that I get to share these moments with each new family! However, some sessions, like this recent studio newborn session with this new family of three, Baby Brooks and mom and dad, Katherine and Brandon hold a special place in my heart as it involves my very own family. 

Studio Newborn Session with New Family of Three

As I spent time with Katherine and Brandon and sweet little Brooks during their session, I was reminded once again of the unique bond that comes with being part of a family. Katherine and Brandon are not just any couple—they are part of my husband's family, and I hold them dear to my heart. I vividly remember being one of the first to meet Katherine (out of the whole ginormous family!) when she and Brandon were dating. Now, being one of the first to meet their little bundle of joy, Brooks, is an honor beyond words.

Baby Brooks exudes a joy that fills the room. I am obsessed with his scrunched up face, head of hair, and those adorable little toes. This little guy is so loved and such a precious joy! Welcome to the family Mr. Brooks!!
