Oh my goodness! Lucas is a little guy after my own heart! We had a very special cookie session for this special guy to celebrate him turning one! He was so cute. And without a doubt, the look he got on his face when he saw the cookies is the same one I get when I see Oreos (and maybe some Starbucks, especially this time of year!). But he was just so precious. And definitely enjoyed his cookies!!!!

After a good sugar rush, we headed outside to capture a few family portraits. We had the most beautiful sunset that night and I'm thrilled that we were able to take advantage of it for some portraits. They might be some of my new favorites! Just look at that glow!!
