One of the perks of being an Iowa Senior Portrait Photographer is meeting wonderful young people like Steve. He is a senior that I recently had the pleasure of photographing. He was so much fun! 

Steve not only took great pictures, but he did everything I asked and posed perfectly. He never complained or looked at me like I was crazy like most of the kids do!  I’m pretty sure that had I asked Steve to stand on his head and eat a banana, he would have!!  

He is seriously such a sweet kid. I really enjoyed getting to know him as we captured his senior portraits. We took a few special photos of him in his hockey gear, as he loves the sport! 

The best part of the day, by far, was witnessing him open his acceptance letter to UNI!! It was amazing! I am incredibly happy for Steve and all his hard work! He will attend UNI and major in Education. His dream is to be a history teacher! 

I will never grow tired of hearing the dreams and aspirations of young people.  I am inspired each time I meet a new young adult and they share with me their plans for the future.  Congratulations, Steve, on graduating and for your acceptance to UNI!  I have no doubt that you will do amazing things in your future as you will make for one amazing teacher and leader of students.
