photographing children is such a fun part of my job. I love seeing personalities shine on camera! I captured this brother and sister duo, Harper and Crew, for their Iowa Sibling Session and it was a blast! These two sure know how to make me giggle! However, laughter was shared by everyone! The key to capturing children's portraits is to keep the session moving and make it fun. I moved quickly to ensure I didn’t lose their attention, but these two did fantastic. It is easy to see that these siblings have a great relationship! 

Iowa Sibling Session

Between Harper's modeling moves and Crew's 101 different facial expressions, they kept me on my toes during their annual summer session! I swear Harper watches America's Next Top Model before our sessions because this girl has some modeling moves down! The day of their session was a perfect summer evening. We found a lovely spot in a field that was decorated with beautiful wildflowers. It was a beautiful backdrop to their portraits. I love watching these siblings grow up and am so thankful that I get to capture their childhood memories! I can’t wait until our next annual sibling session!
