I love capturing special family moments and giving families the images that will last a lifetime. I recently had the pleasure of photographing a family I've known for a while. I've watched them go from a family of two to a family of four, including their sweet pup! I've watched Mason grow from a little dude climbing trees to a confident young man. Now, Joe has had the joy of joining in on the family fun at our sessions! I know over the years, he has grown to tolerate me 🙂. I always look forward to spending time with the Campbell Family and capturing their love and connection. I think the boys might actually enjoy this hour of fun every year. Well, maybe that last sentence is false, but a girl can dream right??

Mary Jo picked a stunning spot for the photoshoot as she does every year! The tall grass and cute little pond made for the perfect backdrop, and the sunset created a warm and inviting atmosphere. And who could forget about Copenhagen, the sweet pup who added an extra element of joy and love to the photos.
Although I may have joked that the boys tolerate me, I can truly say that I feel honored to be able to capture their family memories year after year. Watching families grow and change is one of the many reasons I love what I do. It's a privilege to be able to freeze a moment in time and create lasting memories for families to cherish for years to come.
As an Iowa family photographer, my goal is to make sure each family feels comfortable and relaxed during their session. I aim to capture genuine moments of love and connection, and it's always a joy to see the finished product and know that I've helped create a timeless memory.
